This chair mat lives up to its heavy duty name, and I'm very happy with the quality. The delivery by Direct Freight Express was really poor though. The driver called me on the delivery day trying to find where our front door was. I was on the phone repeating the street name over and over and it was like he wasn't even listening to me. I ended up hanging up on him and a few minutes later it was marked as delivered - somewhere. I had to call DFE's customer service number and get them to send the proof of delivery photo to figure out where it was, and it was a completely different apartment complex. Hauling it back to my house was not fun. At least they did actually attempt a delivery instead of just pretending, and making me go to their depot. So yeah, brilliant quality product, awful delivery experience

Very fast delivery and good communication. The mat is a perfect size and doesn’t move at all. Unfortunately, it’s a bit too soft. If you sit for a while, an office chair sinks into it and leaves a dent, which makes it difficult to move around because the wheels keep falling back into the holes. I added an image.

Looks great, but it sheds so badly.

Shipping bad Product good

You still have an address listed for a store in Adelaide. Went to find it and couldn’t. Was then told you have no physical locations. Courier misplaced parcel and had to hunt for it, so was a number of days late. Product itself is much better than standard chairman you might get from other stores.
