Excellent value for the cost. The customer service from this company is amazing. I thought it best to go directly to the company rather than through Amazon. I was really glad I did as the warranty was better than any of the other companies. The chair arrived on time and was easy to put together. I wouldn’t shop for a massage/ zero gravity chair anywhere else!
