I purchased Osaki Pro Admiral from Massage Chair Wellness with white glove delivery and received it yesterday morning. My wife loves it very much, particularly 16 automatic programs. This chair will be a perfect fit for those people who don't want to feel "pain & suffering" due to too much roller & air bag's intensity. Needed my bf to help attach the footrest due to the weight so just had my inaugural massage last night. Well worth the $ spent on this Osaka Pro Alpina. New to massage chairs and this is a perfect place to start. I like the color of the chair as well. It is a rich brown and looks decent enough in my family room which trends toward modern farmhouse. I am active female with L1-L2 concerns and T3-T4 plus some scoliosis. 15 minutes in this thing last night was the bomb. My BF loved it too. Can’t wait to try out all the features. If I had it to do again, I would order during a time when I can keep the windows open (not an option in Phoenix right now) to help with the off gassing. It isn’t bad, but it is present. Enjoy
