Was notified that it was shipped and payment was taken. I then got notification that they were accepting my return. I hadn’t even received the purchase. I did get credited to my bank account after some time. This is the second time that this has happened to me with Masai. When I questioned what had gone wrong, I got a discount voucher code, but that did not work when I tried it so I didn’t reorder the item.

Clothes were a really bad fit. Was costing €30 to send back so clothes were given to Charity. Will never buy again

Wrong item sent. Another time the wrong size was sent. Not happy with substitutes if that’s what they were. Very annoying having to pay for return postage on items I didn’t order.

Following your sizing advice, I purchased an XL. but the neck was way too big! I returned it, ordered the next size down, but the neck was still far too big. I loved the fabric, pattern, design, so I got a friend to add a strap - taken from the long bow - across the back so it would not slip off my shoulders. One happy dress-wearer the next day! BUT where is my repayment? I sent the first dress straight back to you, tracked etc. It has been a month now since I despatched it. What is happening your end?
