I needed to have a GROL to be able repair and maintain Civil Air Patrol radio equipment. I found the Proctored testing system easy to work with. The team at Mariners Learing System is responsive and easy to work with. I would suggest this to anyone needing the Element 1, Element 3, and Element 8 tests.
