Amazing Attitude, turned a really frustrating experience from a previous customer service representative named "Ed" into a really really positive one in less than 2 minutes of being on the phone. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but he was not helpful in the slightest, such a poor attitude, no empathy, and gave me a boof email address to send in a request for the issue I was having. Sami answered the phone with such enthusiasm and then bing bang boom my issue was resolve.
