Unfortunately this wasn't a great experience. Our order of 300 bags shipped incomplete by ~50 bags. A reprint was fast-tracked which was appreciated, but then the shipment was sent to an incorrect residential address vs. our offices so we could not retrieve. Another replacement order was printed and shipped but did not arrive in Pittsburgh until the Monday after that weekend's event. The one positive in this experience is how responsive Heather Richards from your Customer Care team was and how solutions-oriented she was while troubleshooting, so she should be commended. The bags themselves are nice, were produced well and we were very excited to use them for this high profile donor event. . . but unfortunately they were very event specific and will never be used.
