I bought a jar 1kg MGO400 online Manuka website with 50% discount. At checkout their system offered additional discount on checkout. After payment i realised i got tricked by their system. I contacted Customer Service on Facebook they were NOT friendly and advised me to contact there services by email. I provided videos, pictures, receipts of how i got tricked with their system. They wrote back saying they will not refund me in a very arrogant and dishonest manner. I felt bullied for voicing my concerns over a goods I purchased for $158.40 that was supposed to be charged for $74.20. They send me the honey by DHL to AUSTRALIA from NZ. The service team ignored my complaint. NO REMEDY OFFERED- I provided evidences to Westpac bank as a FRAUD of how I felt ripped off. After investigation Westpac overturned the decision and refunded me the full amount. I threw the honey into the bin as they killed my loyalty of 10 years and made me a detractor. Never purchased this product as there are no love no feeling in this such fraudulent business! SHAME ON YOU MANUKA HONEY NZ- SCREW YOU

Not clear about the GST and the website showing as AU in Australia. Be aware that you will pay 10% GST once arrive to Australia. Customer service was terrible too. Better off buying it from supplier or another brand.
