Malco automotive- Shopify

I ordered 2 bottles of leather cleaner. When I received the package, one of the bottles had opened in shipping so there was less than half remaining in the bottle. I emailed back last week and have heard nothing. I feel l should receive as replacement bottle for the one that was damaged.

We ordered two bottles but only got one. Awaiting reply to email sent last week about missing item.

I made other purchases and everything went well but the last one was not delivered

Awful!!!

I have requested help with returning some product for a refund. So far I haven’t received a response - hoping this review will help get some attention
