Shipping took a while as it didnt leave their hands for minimum 5 working days. Then shipped Fed Ex which seems to often be a problem in my area but not their fault. So I didn't get it when I needed it unfortunately. However they did respond to me promptly and courteously. Imagine they'd be good to work with if I wasnt on a timeline. Price was great. Their service got them a 4 star instead of a 2.
