The panettone was moldy

Poor experience through and through I ordered a little over 20 lbs of flour from this business, which was delivered timely. However, it had an expiration date of less than 2 weeks. When contacting customer service via email to request a return label, given she imminent expiration date, I was told that I should have inquired about it prior to placing the order. By comparison, I had attempted to buy same flour from a different business a day earlier. They did take the time to call me and let me know that their flour would expire soon and asked me if I wish to continue. Therefore, I would not recommend this business under any circumstance.

I recently ordered 9 bottles of pasta sauce. When the shipment arrived, two bottles were leaking from the top. I immediately contacted customer service by email, because that’s the only option. I was asked for pictures of the leaky bottles, which I provided. I’m still waiting for a resolution. I either want the two bottles replaced or a refund . It shouldn’t be this difficult to get this resolved. Very disappointing.
