It is not at all the timeframe that was told to me… which is upsetting. But the quality is nice.

I love everything about the quality of the labels. The selection is unbelievable. They are perfect for labeling everything for my little camper. However, the two times I've placed orders, they've gotten lost in the mail. I'm happy to say the customer service was wonderful about replacing both orders. If the labels got lost once I wouldn't have mentioned it in a review. However, it happened twice so I wonder if this happens regularly. And because of this, I doubt I'll use this company again.

They ship in plain white letter envelopes, so be sure you don't lose it amidst junkmail.

Nice labels but I've done better with other brands in terms of pricing and getting more variety of sizes. I like the design but will probably go elsewhere next time.
