Exceptional customer service & always kind and friendly. So thankful to have a store where I can try on clothes & see the fabrics up close. Merchandise always looks better in person. Most of my new pieces have come from J McLaughlin.

The red pant suit was Beautiful!!! Well made, just had to hem the length. The jacket fit perfectly! Size 4 in the jacket and a size 2 in the pants. Fit true to size.

I had ordered a different color earlier so I knew how fit would be. I don't know what kind of headache I would have had if I had to have retuned it!
