GREAT customer service at the Upper Arlington, OH store.

Arrived quickly and the return to the store was very pleasant. Sales associates were very helpful and welcoming.

I can't tell you how much I appreciated the handwritten notes from the salespeople at the stores that shipped my orders. It's so nice to know that there is someone out there who's actually caring that the clothes arrive in good condition and that the customer (me) is excited to get them.

I am a super user and appreciate the quality and comfort in all of the items I’ve purchased!
