I wanted to give 0 stars, as I never received my order. How do you not track that?

I did make a buy on sept 5th and still not received it. The Customer service does not care , is the COSTUMER (me) who has had to write a lot of times asking about the problem because you show 0 interest. Even treating me like a dumb or sth saying that maybe was because bad weather??? So so dissapointed, i was very hyped about this mark and after this experience i would never recommend or buy again. (You guys doesnt even answer the e mails when a customer have a problem) Really bad.

After over a month of waiting for my package to arrive, with no updates or notification of delivery, it was delivered to an out of town ups location. And i paid for home delivery.

I purchased two orders from the website. One for me and one for a friend. My friend never received the gift so I wrote to the customer service twice they were not responsive the first time 10 days ago. I understand that responses can take a while but then I got an email that someone will get back typically within a few working days. I’m still being ghosted and would appreciate some help finding out what happened to the order.
