Shipping took very long, over a week. Products arrived safely eventually.

Customer service was responsive to my concerns about the terribly slow shipping but no concessions were made or offered towards future purchases. Unfortunately I will no longer get order any product with shipping to Canada.

I can kind of understand the appeal but ahhhh this is not for me. I thought it would be a Loewe dupe - I’ll still with their Cannabis candle 10000%

had issue with product. was hoping for a replacement because i really wanted to use it. cs just gave me money back - no other option
