fles besteld maar niet aangekregen bleek dat de bestelling geannuleerd was, maar ik werd daar niet van op de hoogte gebracht. heb contact opgenomen en kreeg dan wel een vriendelijke persoon met de mededeling dat er waarschijnlijk een fout was op getreden en dat het een eenmalig voorval zou zijn.

Showed a bottle of 2007, sends the 2017-Edition. Unfortunately

Unlikely when I opened the package, I found the package wet near 3 bottles. On the outside of the glass of those 3 bottles I found a solidified sugar liquid. Since Xtabentun was a gift and I could not wait any longer, I did not activate the return procedures. I am absolutely not-satisfied. Is it your habit to sell bottles already open?
