Only gave me automated responses when my shipping didn’t come. I had to call AmEx to get it. THe phone response was “Goodbye” and a hangup. Terrible customer service. Amex got made me whole. I love the products, but if there is a problem, you’re on your own.

Disappointment. I wanted to love this. But it disappeared and was not buildable. The company would not let me return them. So beware.

See all above - love the product - still don’t know why order wasn’t filled after a month - no word from the company on status…. :^(

order was never filled and I had to chase it down - no word on why - i finally requested a refund
