Not happy with the nonexistent

Not happy with the nonexistent return policy for skincare that doesn’t fit my skincare needs- way too much money to be stuck with nearly new product. Now I remember why I usually buy or try new lines or product at Ulta or Sephora. Both offer fantastic return or exchange policies where they tell you to bring back if you are not satisfied.

I wish that packages were shipped with insurance. USPS always loses packages.

It took a long time

It took a long time for this product to active. I don't know what really happened. I thought I'll never use them again. However all worked out ok in the end and might give them another chance.

I would give 0/5 stars

I would give 0/5 stars if I could. Ordered a few items in August and they never came. Have reached out to customer service multiple times. They responded once saying from their end the package looks like it was delivered and then ghosted me. On my tracking email it just says shipped! No delivery! Haven’t even gotten a refund.

Only gave me automated responses

Only gave me automated responses when my shipping didn’t come. I had to call AmEx to get it. THe phone response was “Goodbye” and a hangup. Terrible customer service. Amex got made me whole. I love the products, but if there is a problem, you’re on your own.
