Lumene US Shopify

My first ecperience was not so great. For some reason a long wait for the products. However, the second time went very smoothly. Keep it up and I will be a very happy customer.

I love Lumene USA but please make more of your European products available in the US. Unscented products preferably or more lightly scented? I love that you use mostly natural ingredients and that packaging is recyclable. The Nordic Bloom line is great but the floral scent is very overwhelming and I won't be reordering it. I am trying the Nordic C right now and like it. The scent is better but still a little too heavy. Perfume is not very good for your skin. Like I said, more unscented options would be amazing!

Shipping a bit slower than expected. With the holidays, though, really shouldn't complain.

I would give 5 stars because I like the products and they’re vegan & cruelty free, but I never received a shipping notification and the shipping itself took quite awhile. Not a big deal if you’re not in a rush. Their purchase confirmation email did say “we will send you a shipping notification” and never did.

Customer service is dreadfully slow. . . but love the products!
