Review
This is not a simple Good or Bad answer as the initial "support" was non existent in that I had no further communication from the Customer Service team from 2 January (as per my email to cust services ) until 14 April. However the very generous offer of €200 worth of products by way of apology has somewhat compensated for the delay in responding to my complaint. And from the most recent email to receiving said products has been under 24 hours so that has been excellent and I do thank you for that.
Also, I would be happy to 'test' these products and feedback how my skin reacts if this would be useful?
