My 4-step ladder is the most handiest small ladder I have every owned. I use it both inside and outside my house. I only thing wrong with it (because I am disabled) is a little too heavy. However; I still love it and would change it for anything else in the world.

fast delivery, items as advertised. Packaging is not very good. Sloppy appearance and smaller items could just fall out of the box and I worry that 'things' can get into the box (I do not like surprises. ). This need to be more secure. I guess the bill fell out, it was not in the box and I also don't like that anybody now has my information from that bill. YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THAT !!

Get so very tired of having to spend time writing how I liked my purchases. Wouldn't have ordered them if I hadn't wanted them! ! ! ! ! !
