Only complaint I have is that the beautiful LSF shopping bag should be included with each order. If I purchased the items in the retail store, I would get a bag. But if I purchase on line and wish to gift an item, I have to pay $20 for gift wrap whereas the shopping bag is plenty fancy enough (complimentary in the store) to present as a gift.

Love LSF and love talking to their SA they are really nice on the phone only problem is the shipping free shipping from $300 is a bit much
