Customer service was great

The young woman who helped me was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, very, very helpful. I don't remember her name, but she was very, very good at making me feel at ease and suggesting products. And she was right! One of the things she recommended was a new lubricant. She assured me that it was medical grade and would not irritate me. And she was right! It's the first lubricant I can use without any problem at all.
