I like the product but customer service is lacking. I waited several days for my shipping notification and received nothing, I sent several emails and no response so I called. When you call no one ever answers the phone and the message says you'll have better service if you send and email. Frustrating!!! I would hesitate to order again and its unfortunate as I do like the product.
