I have to admit I was a little dubious at first due to the reviews and there being scam accounts but I risked it because my daughter really wanted some OBX products, and I'm glad I did as my order did arrive and my daughter absolutely loved her Christmas gifts. Customer service did take quite a while to respond to my emails chasing up where my order is, but I am unsure as to why this is. They did finally reply and were lovely and eased my mind. It's always a relief when your order from a new company finally arrives. It would be helpful to have communication in-between ordering and delivering. Lovely site and great products for pre teens and teens.
