Good product. Price point higher than other locations

I emailed twice about confirming COAs for my individual batches and no response. Also, shipping was advertised as same-day and temp controlled, but was not.

I love the product and fast shipping but one of my vials in this order had a faulty closure. I preface this by saying that I am an ER nurse so I open hundreds of vials a week, and I have never once seen the rubber stopper come out when flipping the plastic lid off, and one of my vials did. I had to transfer the product to another vial which created unnecessary waste and contamination risk. I’m hopeful this was just a one off and not going to be repeated problem.
