Buying my ring from loop was a great experience. The customer service representatives were very helpful and responsive, going out of there way to answer any questions that we had. The ring can in a timely manner and was beautiful, and we were able to get it sent back to be resized with no problem. I would highly recommend buying from loop.

I purchased the Jump Band as my wedding band a few months ago and LOVE it. The customer service was amazing and I found it easier and more pleasant to work with Loop for my band than with a local jewelry store. The free, no questions asked return policy made me confident in my purchase (and of course I did not end up returning it!). The diamonds sparkle and it is dainty and comfortable. They also engraved something for our wedding for free, which was very nice! I also love the annual maintenance policy (although I have not used it yet since I've only had it for a few months). I absolutely recommend Loop.

One word... BREATHTAKING!! Everything from the pearly white color, to the cut, to the the sparkle when the light hits. Definitely worth every penny. I’m planning on proposing at the Rockefeller Christmas Tree next month. I can’t wait :)
