What is there to say other than I can't think of any other person, team or company who could've guided us through this ring-selection journey with as much support, love and patience as Carla, Kris, Jaime and the entire Loop team. At the start, we were debating between working with a local boutique jeweler in San Francisco and working with Loop. A part of me felt like the process would be easier and more personal working with someone local and in person, boy was I wrong! Unlike the local jeweler, Carla and the Loop team took their time with us on video/audio/screen share calls and never made us feel like we had only an allotted, scheduled time block. It never felt like a transaction, but instead like they wanted to get to know us and what we wanted. They proactively followed up with us, and made sure every step of the way we loved what they were custom designing for us. Throughout the process, there were sketches, 3D renderings and even a mold they sent us to try on. Every revision we asked for was approached happily and speedily, and what we've ended up with is what to us is the perfect ring. Every day that goes by, I/we fall in love with my/our ring even more. Even friends, family and strangers continue to comment on what a beautiful and unique ring it is--(you know they mean it when they bring it up time after time, well after seeing it the first time)! We can't thank the Loop team enough for all the work, support and patience they've given us over these past several months, and we're sad that this process is over and we don't get to correspond with them on a regular basis. But fear not, we'll be getting our wedding bands soon and they'll be the ones we turn to!

The ring is amazing, thank you 😊 It’s been getting a lot of compliments and my fiancé couldn’t be happier. We’ll need to send it back to be resized a touch smaller, once the initial excitement has worn off. Right now she’s too excited showing it off to part with it.
