I have been a Lone customer for six years and this is the first time I have not received my order as indicated. The one star purely reflects how difficult it has been to contact anyone from customer service. For whatever reason, the email provided for customer service doesn’t work and I have not received a call back. The product is great. However, the go around and systems and processes has been frustrating, especially for something I paid for weeks ago.
