I had a subscription and cancelled it due to economic reasons. The staff was friendly, helpful and was not aggressive in trying to get me to keep my subscription.

I just wish that I could afford to feed my four large dogs just this. I also wish that you did UPS shipping. I hate having to go to the post office to pick it up!

I liked everything I heard about this food. I owned a raw frozen meat company for ten years before it became generally accepted as the right way to feed, so I know this topic backward and forward. But even though I understand how pricey it is to do this right, My dog weighs around ten pounds and the food didn't last long. If he'd been excited about it, it would have been too expensive to afford and I am not poor. I will have to continue to make it myself with fresh muscle and organ meats and a vitamin/mineral mix.

I don’t know if I should keep ordering this dog food but they love the treats I’m thinking I should just get the treats

It's a good product, my dog Tulip a 40lb Carolina however did not care for it.
