Shipping speed and time to ship was terrible

Make the bands not stretch out so easily. It becomes uncomfortable

Trying to get the order cancelled was the biggest hassle I've gone through with a customer support service. The order cancellation failed immediately after placing the order.

Wish i got a replacement or my money back item stop working a holding a charge only after a couple of months
