Logitech G

G735 is pretty good, I like the design and the comfort that comes with it. My ears don't hurt after all day use. The battery life has been great as well. Although the earcups are pretty comfortable I do wish that they were made from a different material.

Software won't start half the time, blogs have been out there for years but no fix, shame!

From my personal experience, most of the process went fine. I think the main criticism I'd give is making sure to let the customer know a bit earlier (Waiting for more than a week for any updates ex: whether if the order has been processed can become tedious) once they made the order. Maybe like mini updates ahead of time during the whole process everything on seller's side is going so the consumer doesn't feel completely left in the dark until almost a quarter of a month later to say the package has shipped.

No complaints with overall service buying direct. I've been using Logitech devices for years, they are the only company that I purchase input peripherals from. They have made some stumbles with the switch to G Hub, but it's gotten a lot better and they continue to update it regularly. Overall it's better than the old software and it's clear that they are trying to modernize their driver and control software.
