Had some crazy freak accident w my wheels dehubing they immediately sent me a new pair plus a whole pack of stickers nd a member ship they’re the best

Loaded forgot the bearings from my order. The sent them via priority mail and they arrived in time.

This is my first board from loaded. It's absolutely fantastic! Rides like a dream, feels responsive, and the dad bods just keep rolling and rolling. They processed my order on the same day and shipped it out fast. Currently looking at getting a board for dancing and I'll end up going with Loaded for that too!

I ordered Purple Caguamas, but received Orange Caguamas because my order got mixed up. Reached out to Loaded Customer Service via email, and Dustin called me the very next day. He gave me the option of either returning the Orange Caguamas with a free shipping label and waiting for the Purple Caguamas to get shipped out for free OR just keep the Orange Caguamas and only pay $8.65 shipping to get the Purple Caguamas for FREE! I really appreciate the great customer service; I was definitely not expecting an offer like this. The B stock only had minor imperfections like tiny bubbles visible near the inner lip of the core and one wheel had some minor skin peel defect, <1/8”. These wheels roll a more significant distance than my old 65mm wheels.

Great experience to ride the board. The Dad Bots are not only great the are great in combination with the Fathom Board.
