So, it's now been two weeks and two days that I've been riding the Loaded Fathom. I've been documenting the distance to and from every location I skate to and so far I am at 300.5 miles. I even shocked myself, 300.5 miles is A LOT on a longboard. I only wish I would have kept track of how far I traveled on my previous board the Dervish Sama. At this rate I'll reach 1000 miles in no time. The first Fathom I received broke at the Zee Bracket only after just 3 miles and I was beyond disappointed. But it was technically a failure at my own doing because intentionally installed my trucks under the correct placement on the bracket because I thought the ride height would be too low and I wanted more clearance. So after receiving my replacement fathom I am greatly impressed with how responsive and solid the board feels since I'm so accustomed to a flexy, spring like riding experience from the Dervish. I am most pleased with the gracious customer service from Loaded and cannot put into text how much their help means to me. Longboarding without explanation a part of who I am and it's literally how I get everywhere I need to in Hays county Tx. so for them to so quickly and kindly "help me get rolling again", I owe them an unpayable debt.
