Flawless process.

The Loaded Fathom is one of the best push / commuter boards I own. I chose the 85mm wheels and it’s a good balance of acceleration & maintaining speed.

It's always an amazing experience when I buy a board from loaded. Process was extremely easy and when I was having issues(of my own creation) customer service went above and beyond to fix it. I bought a board but couldn't figure out how to apply it. Out of frustration I just bought it and then complained to customer service. They explained that it was because I was using a different email amd then they fixed the price for me even though it was all user error on my end. Once again thank you guys and I cannot wait to buy the newest symtail you guys dropped.
