The first delivery never arrived
The first delivery never arrived but after a week and a half I emailed customer service and they promised to open an investigation, which would take 2 weeks, but then posted a replacement the next day. This is the second time Evri have lost a LNDR order and it’s such a shame your delivery company is letting you down because the product quality and customer service is excellent.
