Really bad customer service I have tried to get in contact with the store via email more than once about an issue I had with my order and I haven’t received a response at all. Not good enough.

The upper part of the shoe is oversized, leaving it far too loose and uncomfortable to walk in. Since they were bought on sale, I was only offered a credit note, and despite LMS receiving the return over a week ago, I’m still waiting for that credit to be issued. This has been a frustrating experience.

Shipping was fast, absolutely no customer service with issues or help with returning the product. Non responsive to emails, no phone contact either

Never received my refund. Will be taking further action to get my refund through other means.

Returning process seems simple enough but still waiting on them to email me back a return slip so I can post them
