Love the try before you buy option; it's a shame they're so narrow. Would love to see a half size option for a wider fit

Prompt response to questions but refund has taken too long.

Still waiting for refund

Super quick shipping

I emailed privately with my review as I don't always feel it's necessary to put lower reviews public. HOwever no one replied to my email or acknowledged it so I have submitted publicly as you keep emailing me about leaving a review. Disappointing service really.
