Good experience with administration - postage etc and I previously have bought two other pairs of shoes, including wedding shoes for my daughter, that have been great. Unfortunately this pair just did not provide the same level of expected satisfaction. But still a great Aussie company to buy from.

Took a bit longer to arrive than I thought

They're a little too high for my liking. Otherwise comfortable and a great colour.

No complaints!

Chatbot gave me the wrong information about requesting a return but communication from lms was excellent and clear. I also had to pay for return shipping which I believe should be on the business.
