Amazing customer service at LMS. Got sent a pair of faulty shoes that I needed by the weekend, they express posted out a new pair as soon as I emailed them. So grateful for their quick response and action. Have had absolutely no issues with the new pair and they are amazing quality.

The boots were on back order so they took 6 weeks to arrive, however received a couple of updates via email. Packaged perfectly.
