This product was only okay. It didn’t work well on my hair and wasn’t worth the price, even on sale. My drugstore products are still much cheaper and have a more lasting effect. This makes my scalp feel weird and only helps for a few hours.

I have a defective bottle that the nozzle isn't working and there is no customer service number - only an email that I sent over a week ago with no response. This is not good customer service. I doubt I will ever order again.

You promised a full size item with my order, but you didn’t deliver. Communication is nonexistent with you. If we order we have to except your promised promo adds to be a hoax.
