Customer support is slow to respond. I wanted to consolidate into one order, but due to the delayed response, it became two orders, costing me extra money. If they could be a bit quicker and more flexible in their responses, I wouldn't have any complaints.

I ordered the MacAllister and LFC Foundation logo markings on the uniform, but they were printed crookedly. I'm very disappointed as I purchased it from the official website. I'm very happy with the uniform itself.
