2 months, never received my order.

I was recently surprised to find a shipment of jewelry from this company that I didn't Know I had order was was also upset to see that I had been billed for them on my credit card account. I contacted a company representative and she efficiently removed the charge from my account which was a relief. She mentioned I had (unknowingly) selected an additional button that allowed for this purchase as I was checking out with the one pair of paints. I hope this doesn't reappear on my bill in the future. The representative was very kind and easy to work with. The pants that I had ordered are just as wonderful as my previous orders.
