I love the fit of the pants once we found the correct size. Their test phase chosec12.1 as the ideal size but they were too big. The 10.1 is the perfect fit. I will be buying more psnts in the future.

I ordered 3 pairs.. my initial order came and they were a little too big for me. I got on the phone and the lady at customer service could not be any nicer! I felt like she was my sister sitting on my bed and measuring me to perfection. I took all her suggestions and my replacements were perfect to the T! OMG is like she knew me personally! And her voice was so calming! Oh and did I mention I love my pants? I LOOOVVEE THEM!

Jeans are almost impossible to fit with a waist much larger than usual, as mine is. My original black pants fit great, so I tried the jeans and found the fit truly remarkable. They look great and feel comfortable. Plus the customer service was very helpful when the wrong pant was first sent; reordering was very simple.

The package took a while to get here but they made it in aa week. Haven't talked to Customer Service yet but will be calling to discuss an exchange on one f the pairs I ordered. Packaging and brand experience is spot on. Great job! As for the ankle pants, they fit perfect. The straight pant pulls a bit in the crotch- may exchange for next size up.
