Shipped to wrong address and haven’t heard from anyone in customer service after leaving a voicemail and sending email. Been a long lasting customer since 2015.

Awful....I tried to exchange the blanket for a larger size the day after I receive the blanket. I had to supply so many photo's, etc. before I could return or exchange. I buy alot of things on line and never had such poor customer service and mistrusting company. Because of this, you lost a loyal customer who purchases several baby blankets over the year and song the praises of your blankets to many. That has changed. I am telling people to stay away. You should maybe think about changing how you do returns and exchanges. Not friendly at all! just a word of advise.

Like I said, it was a very soft blanket. Don’t get me wrong on the Cheerios unbelievably soft I’ve ordered the little draft before nothing was wrong. It was just a fluke thing with this little blanket. I don’t have pictures of that. I didn’t think about taking pictures, but I had a seamstress fix it before the shower
