Spoke to a Furrion rep while on a camp trip after I got an error code on thermostat and smelling burnt electrical. He was able to walk me though a test and give part numbers for new controller and thermostat. AC was back online and working once new parts installed. Appreciate the reps assistance in resolution! Not sure what caused the initial issue but everything seems to be working as it should now.
