I was really kicking myself for breaking my glass cooktop on my Furriin Greystone cooktop. I was able to order a new one and absolutely couldn’t believe how easy it was to take the old one out and put the new one in, without tools, without a man around, I did it myself and I’m a 64-year-old woman. Piece of cake. Had great service and very happy. They even got the product shipped up to me in Canada, even though it was originally purchased in a trailer in the US. So impressed.
