Somewhat misled

I had searched for EX-Carafe from Perfect Pod which I found on this site. When I processed the order I selected the image for the EZ-Carafe and ended up getting EZ-Cup. Once I received the order I checked back on the site and the had used the same image for EZ-Cup and EZ-Carafe items on their order site. So I now have 10 packs of 50 EZ-Cup filters!

Right product but too expensive

Too pricey for the quality and fact they are not reusable. They are also not comfortable to wear and cause headaches with the tight straps and nose piece.

Efficient Ordering & Deliv ery...Follow up to report issue and seek solution poor

I ordered 50 Medical Masks ...front end of service was great...however, when the masks arrived, I received only 4 packs of 10 rather than the 5 packs I paid for...I left a message on company's telephone customer service line and have tried to ask for feedback via web...but, get message that I am responding to an email that is programmed to not accept replies...

Disappointing!

The sheets that I did receive are great. However I didn’t receive the towels I ordered. When phoning to check on the status of my order, I was informed they were being returned to sender. They had sat in a Smart Shop location in my town for over a week and I had no idea! No phone call, no email, no delivery note left at my door! There was no communication at all until my phone call. I was sent a rude email, stating 4 separate times that they were waiting for my call back (including 2 voicemails that were left). I already stated I own/operate my own business and will communicate when I can. I opted for a refund, it’s too bad.
