Never shipped out replacement equipment for equipment that stopped working. Also never sent out refund check promised for the month paid while waiting for equipment that never came . Stole my money. Cashed my check, but never sent equipment and I no longer had service due to equipment that didn't work. Would never recommend!

Your support STINKS! My pendant failed two months ago and I was promised a replacement that has yet to arrive.

William died July 1, 2022. We talked to several people that day to tell them that and to cancel the service. Since that time I've received numerous calls trying to collect money for the months since July. The last phone call was someone threatening to turn me over to Collections. Each time i inform them he passed away and tell them to look in their notes. Sure enough its recorded. Problem is no one reads the file or cancelled the service as requested, numerous times. The insensitivity and incompetence of the people we've spoken to there is unbelievable. Get your company in order. Take me off ALL of your communication lists.

The lack of a pendant control device for several weeks was inexcusable! I was paying for a service that was not provided! This caused me to cancel with Lifeline and switch to another provider.

The device is large and the cord is poor quality, thin and breaks apart with minimal pressure.
